- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cups of caster sugar
- 17 tablespoons of French vanilla essence
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup of warm water
- 180 ml sunflower oil
Preheat the oven for 20 mins on 180 degrees.
Bake cupcakes for approximately 20 minutes or when the centre is cooked.
